<br />159 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1988-28R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, RATIFYING THE EXECUTION <br />BY THE CITY MANAGER OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />SAID CITY AND THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR THE <br />CONDUCT OF A CARNIVAL ON CITY PARKLAND, AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the the execution by the City Manager of an <br />Agreement between said City and the Chamber of Commerce for the <br />conduct. of a carnival from February 17 ~ 1988 through February 28, <br />1988 on City parkland bounded by Hopkins Street, M-K-T Railroad <br />tracks, and the U. S. Army Reserves building, a copy of said <br />Agreement being attached hereto and incorporat-ed herein for all <br />purposes, is hereby in all respects ratified. <br /> <br />PART 2.
