<br />8. <br /> <br />Construction of a new aircraft maintenance hangar. * <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />Developrent of new T-Hangar areas. * <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Development of Industrial areas.* <br /> <br />The City of San Marcos does have the legal authori ty to accept the <br />ronveyance, and will abide by the assurances and covenants required <br />under the conveyances, and particularly in accordance with the require- <br />ments of FAR Part 154, Section 154.13. <br /> <br />A draft Environmental Impact Assessment will be prepared in accordance <br />wi th applicable oor and FAA requirements. <br /> <br />If the conveyance displaces any person or the inquisition of an <br />interest in real property that is within the peripheral of the Unifonn <br />Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policy Act of 1970 <br />(URARPAPA), the City will make the assurances required by Section 25.57 <br />(a) (and 25.59) (a) ) of regulations of the office of the Secretary of <br />Transportation (49 CFR 25). <br /> <br />Attached to this pre-application is a certified copy of a resolution by <br />the City Council of San Marros authorizing the undersigned to file the <br />application and also stating that the City is willing to accept the <br />conveyance subject to the covenants described by FAR Part 154, Section <br />154.13. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Exhibit nAil shows location of Job Corps property to be transferred. <br />
