<br />-4- <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />Emergency Use <br /> <br />In the event the leased premises are needed during the <br />operation of an event for the emergency landing of an <br />aircraft, upon notification to the chief steward of the event <br />by the airport manager, the event will be brought to an <br />immediate stop unti-l such emergency situation has passed. <br />Determinations made by Lessor as to what constitutes an <br />emergency are conclusive as to Lessee. Further, such <br />emergency equipment and personnel as then being used by <br />Lessee (such as fire fighting equipment, extrication devices, <br />physicians and paramedics) shall be made available for the <br />use at the direction of the airport manager. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />Non Discrimination <br /> <br />Lessee agrees that, in conducting such events, it will <br />not discriminate against any party with respect to race, <br />religion, or national origin in connection with its <br />employment of people, if any, or the admission of spectators, <br />entrants or participants. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />Security <br /> <br />Lessee will provide adequate security personnel to see <br />that the event is conducted in a safe and orderly manner. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />Concessions <br /> <br />Lessor reserves the right to all beverage and food <br />service which might be required to service the workers, <br />entrants and spectators. This reservation shall not restrict <br />Lessee from conducting free parties for its workers and <br />participants. Product and liability insurance shall not be <br />provided by Lessee for such vendors providing such food and <br />beverage service and Lessee may require proof of insurance, <br />equal to its own, from such parties from time to time. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />Utilities <br /> <br />Lessee shall have access to such water, gas, or <br />electricity as may be available and currently existing at or <br />adjacent to the leased premises and controlled by Lessor, <br />provided, however, that any costs incurred in connecting such <br />utilities shall be that of Lessee and Lessee shall pay for <br />the costs of such services as may be determined by meter or <br />by the reasonable estimation of Lessor. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />Indemnification <br /> <br />Lessee hereby agrees to protect, defend and indemnify <br />Lessor and its employees, agents, office.rs and servants from <br />any and all law suits, claims, demands and causes of action <br />of any kind and arising from its own wrongful and negligent <br />acts. This shall include but not be limited, to the amounts <br />of judgments, penalties, interests, court costs, legal fees <br />and all other expenses incurred by Lessor arising in favor of <br />any party, including the amounts of any damages. or awards <br />resul ting from claims, demands and causes of action for <br />personal injuries, death or damages to pr~per~~ ~~d withour <br />limitation by enumeration, all other claims, demands or <br />causes of action of every character occurring, resulting or <br />arising from any negligent or intentional wrongul acts, <br />error, or omission of the Lessee and/or its agents., <br />subcontractors and/or employees, and/or the joint concurring, <br />connected acts or omissions of negligence or intentional <br />wrongful acts, errors and omissions of Lessor and Lessee <br />together in those instances only when they all act jointly, <br />in concert. Said indemnity and hold harmless provision shall <br />not be limited by reason of the specification of any <br />particular insurance coverage in this agreement. <br />
