There would be an additional 451 <br />direct and indirect jobs created with $294,448,623 in salaries. They project an additional $15 <br />million in sales tax and $1.3 million in property tax. <br />31. Discussion on the status of Land Development Code changes, and development <br />processes and procedures, and provide direction to staff.
