Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of an Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PRICE AND CONDITIONS OF THE SALE BY THE CITY OF SAN ~~RCOS, TEXAS, OF LOT ELEVEN (11) IN THE SOUTH END ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN SAID CITY, TO BILL BOYD; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A WARRANTY DEED TO BILL BOYD AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
