On roll call the following vote was re- <br /> corded: <br /> AYE: Brown, Coddington, Farr, Craddock, Kissler. <br /> NAY: None. <br /> ABSTAIN: Guerra. <br /> A first reading was held on this Ordinance on April 23, 1984 and a first <br /> reading at this meeting so that the Ordinance could be published in its <br /> entirety in a newspaper within 15 days of its first reading, as required <br /> by the City Charter on franchise agreements.
