Retaining wall plans and details (if required) and pedestrian bridge <br />plan/profile sheets and details. If a prefabricated bridge is selected, the <br />plans will be prepared by the manufacturer and provided to the <br />contractor as a submittal. <br />3.1.1.13. When applicable, sheets will show a list of quantities for each bid item <br />on the sheets. <br />3.2. Final Deliverables <br />3.2.1. Final quantities and opinion of cost <br />3.2.2. Two (2) full size sets of final plans and project manual (project manual will be <br />in Acrobat pdf format) for distribution. Two (2) half size sets of final plans and <br />one (1) electronic version on CD (plans in Microstation Agn format, Version 8i, <br />plans and project manual in Acrobat .pdf format). <br />3.3. Plan Review <br />3.3.1. Submit 60 %, 90 %, and 100% plans for review by the City of San Marcos. The <br />60% submittal will include plans, a list of specifications, and opinion of cost. The <br />90% and 100% submittals will include plans, specification, bid items, and opinion <br />of cost. Review comments from City stakeholders shall be incorporated into the <br />final plans. <br />3.3.2. Conduct an in -house QA/QC review at the 60 %, and 90% milestones. Review <br />comments shall be incorporated into the design. <br />3.3.3. TxDOT Coordination — Upon final approval of the construction drawings by the <br />City of San Marcos, Halff will coordinate plan reviews and approvals with the <br />TxDOT Area Office, District Office, and Design Division. <br />3.3.4. Coordinate TDLR review for ADA compliance and address any comments from <br />the review. <br />3.4. Bid Phase Services <br />3.4.1. Address questions and provide clarification to bidders <br />3.4.2. Prepare addenda, including plan and specification revisions, as needed <br />3.4.3. Letter of award recommendation to the City. <br />3.5 Construction Administration <br />3.5.1 Attend monthly project meetings <br />3.5.2 Address Request For Information (RFI) <br />3.5.3 Review submittals and maintain a submittal log <br />3.5.4 Review final pay request <br />
