configurations on Sessom St. at Aquarena Springs Drive and at Peques Street to <br />determine if there are any required revisions due to proposed intersection <br />improvements. (See Kimley Horn Scope and Fee Proposal) <br />2.2.11 Perform an ADA assessment <br />2.3 Preliminary Plan/Engineering Report Review. Conduct an in -house QA/QC review of <br />the Preliminary Engineering and Investigations Report. Review comments from City <br />stakeholders shall be incorporated into the final report. <br />2.4 Deliverables <br />Three (3) copies of the draft report and an electronic copy on CD for City review. <br />Three (3) copies of the final report including an electronic copy on CD. <br />2.5 Environmental Services <br />2.5.1 Identify and map known environmental constraints (environmental, historical, & <br />archeological) within the project corridor using GIS. <br />2.5.2 Perform one windshield survey to verify the location of any environmental <br />constraints identified. <br />2.5.3 Identify any coordination and /or permits that may be required from TCEQ, THC, <br />etc. <br />2.5.4 Incorporate all findings from the tasks above into the Preliminary Engineering <br />Report. <br />2.5.5 At this time, Halff assumes no additional environmental documents will be <br />required. If additional environmental studies or reports are required, they can <br />be added by supplemental agreement. <br />Task 3: Design Phase Services <br />3.1. Final Design Plans <br />3.1.1. Halff will prepare the final design plans for the selected options including the <br />following: <br />3.1.1.0. Cover sheet and general note sheets <br />3.1.1.1. Typical section(s) <br />3.1.1.2. Demolition plans <br />3.1.1.3. Intersection improvement plans <br />3.1.1.4. Sidewalk improvement plans <br />3.1.1.5. Traffic signal plans for the intersection at of Peques and Sessom, and <br />Aquarena Springs and Sessom. (See Kimley Horn Scope and Fee <br />Proposal). <br />3.1.1.6. Storm drain plan/profile sheets including drainage calculations (if <br />required) <br />3.1.1.7. Striping plans <br />3.1.1.8. Traffic control plans, including a recommended construction sequence. <br />
