Resolution 2013 -133R, approving a Federal Governmental Relations Services Agreement between the City of San Marcos and Normandy Group, L.L.C. in a not to exceed amount of $192,000.00 for the two year term of the agreement; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute this agreement on behalf of the City and declaring an effective date.
