Project Overview <br /> <br />The following is an overview of JHH Land Surveying's approach to the River Road <br />right-of-way acquisition from IH 35 to the HKT RR property and is only a <br />proposed approach based on the information provided for this proposal by the <br />City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />II. Work Plan <br /> <br />i. <br /> <br />Review all data supplied by the City of San Marcos to ascertain what <br />additional data may be needed before commencing field work. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Gather any additional data that may be needed and research deeds to <br />determine the current status of all properties adjoining project <br />area. <br /> <br />3. <br />4. <br /> <br />Prepare deed plot from record data. <br /> <br />Coordinate approach to gathering fielj data with the Project <br />Director, with an emphasis on establishing a common base line to <br />complement work already done (where applicable) by the City of San <br />Marcos Field Crews. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Commence field work tieing existing monumentation and lines of <br />property occupation into base line. <br /> <br />6. <br />7. <br /> <br />Analyze field data in conjunct~on with record data. <br /> <br />Review sketch of field data with Project Director <br />alignment of proposed right-of-way. <br /> <br />to determine <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />Prepare metes & bounds descriptions (field notes) and 8.5" X 14" <br />survey plats of each parcel that will be needed for additional <br />right-of-way, and prepare an overall plat of the entire right-of-way <br />acquisition area. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />Set monuments (concrete with brass caps) at the intersection of <br />proposed right-of-way and all existing right-of-ways. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Set Monuments (as above) at all angle points (PI's) and points of <br />curvature (PC's & Pr's), after purchase of the additional <br />right-of-way by the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />JHH Land Surveying will commence this project within five (5) work days after <br />
