<br />and Associates, Inc., of Seguin, and one (1) year, four (4) months with Espey, <br />Huston, and Associates, Inc., of Austin and Houston. <br /> <br />The River Road Project will be done under Michael Moore's direct supervision <br />covering all aspects of the project. <br /> <br />Additional personnel will include, but not be limited to, a Party Chief with <br />over ten (10) years surveying experience in Texas and Colorado, an Instrument <br />Operator with over eight (8) years in the surveying profession in Texas, and a <br />Survey Technician with over twenty (20) years experience in Florida, Louisiana, <br />Mississippi, and Texas. <br /> <br />v. <br /> <br />Fees <br /> <br />The River Road Project will be charged at JlrfH Land Surveying standard <br />listed below; <br /> <br />rates as <br /> <br />Field Crew <br />Professional <br />Calculations <br />Drafting <br />Research <br /> <br />$50 per hour for <br />$35 per hour for <br />$25 per hour for <br />$25 per hour for <br />$20 per hour for <br /> <br />an estimated 65 hours <br />an estimated 15 hours <br />an estimated 35 hours <br />an estimated 50 hours <br />an estimated 40 hours <br /> <br />Based on the Request for Proposal for Right-of-Way acquisition along River Road <br />and limited to the area indicated on said RFP, J}f}[ Land Surveying will not <br />exceed $7,5ŒJ.OO for surveying services related to this project. <br /> <br />VI. <br /> <br />DocuIIen ts <br /> <br />All documents prepared by J}f}[ Land Surveying, as well as all written information <br />obtained for the purpose of performing the services described above, are the <br />property of J}f}[ Land Surveying.
