Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, regular meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order by <br />Mayor Daniel Guerrero at 5:31 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Receive a Staff presentation and hold discussion regarding the Hunter Road <br />Improvements project from Wonder World Drive to Bishop Street, and provide <br />direction to Staff. <br />Richard Reynosa, Project Engineer, provided an update on the Hunter Road Improvements <br />project. Council directed Staff to move forward with withdrawing the roundabout from the <br />design and that the western leg of San Antonio Street in the current design is not to be <br />constructed. <br />4.
