HAYS COUNTY ATTACHMENT "Allll TO UTILITY ADJUSTMENT AGREEMENT NO. CoSM- Bond -01 INCLUDES: PLANS, STATEMENT OF WORK, SPECIFICATIONS, COST ESTIMATE The City of San Marcos in partnership with Texas Department of Transportation ( "TXDOT ") are building a grade separation and road bridge where state Road Loop 82 crosses the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR ") in Hays County, Texas. The bridge support structure will conflict with the MCINerizon Business long distance cable requiring the cable and facilities to be relocated. All MCI long distance fiber optic facilities are located on the UPRR right of way and, after relocated, will remain on the UPRR right of way. The relocation project will require MCI to install approximately 6432 feet of new conduit, place approximately 6800 feet of new fiber optic cable and splice in the new cable.
