with the terms of this Agreement and pursuant to which certain expenses <br />advanced by the City hereunder may be reimbursed to the City. <br />4.2 Upon completion of the Water Line Relocation, the County shall coordinate with <br />TxDOT for a final construction cost of the Water Line Relocation. The City shall <br />pay an invoice from the County for any additional costs over the Estimated <br />Amount and payment shall be due thirty (30) days after receipt of the invoice. <br />4.3 City shall notify all affected customers of any water supply interruption during <br />construction, as appropriate. <br />4.4 City shall coordinate shutting off water service for TXDOT by operating all <br />valves as needed to complete the work. <br />4.5 City agrees that TxDOT will inspect installation of all work related to the Project, <br />including the Water Line Relocation. County will make diligent efforts to ensure <br />that a City representative is present for inspections related to the Water Line. <br />Final payment for the work will be subject to the City's acceptance of the work <br />according to the City's standards and approval. <br />Article V: County's Obligations <br />5.1 The County shall coordinate construction activities with TXDOT and keep the <br />City apprised of all activities affecting the Water Line Relocation and coordinate <br />with the City regarding the scheduling of work related to the Water Line <br />Relocation. <br />5.2 The County shall use payments made by the City under this Agreement solely for <br />the Water Line Relocation. If the actual cost for the of the Water Line Relocation <br />is less than the payment made by the City under this Agreement, the County shall <br />
