<br />Performance Statement <br />Exhibit A <br />City of San Marcos <br /> <br />Section 30. <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />Contractor shall utilize Forty-four Thousand One Hundred and No/IOO Dollars <br />($44,100.00) of local funds to pay for all eligible project-related <br />engineering services, including preliminary and final design plans and <br />specifications, all interim and final inspections, and all special services. <br /> <br />Section 32. <br /> <br />Administration <br /> <br />Contractor shall utilize Fifteen Thousand and No/IOO Dollars ($15,000.00) of <br />local funds to carry out all project administration activities, including <br />the cost associated with the required annual program compliance and fiscal <br />audit. It is further understood that any costs above this contract amount <br />incurred by Contractor for these activities shall be paid for with local <br />funds. <br /> <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
