<br />SECTION 3. That the Planning Commission.s grant of a permit <br />for the Parklane Garden Homes Planned Uni t Development which is <br />descr ibed in Exhib it It Aft attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />for all purposes is hereby approved for the said 26.49 acres, the <br />boundar ies of which are more particular ly descr ibed and recorded <br />in the Planned Uni t Development plat records of Hays County, <br />Texas, Book 4, pages 309-311 under the name Sunridge Planned Unit <br />Development. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. That this Ordinance above shall be in effect ten <br />(10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subject <br />to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting <br />following passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to <br />reconsider it. If reconsidered on September 26, 1988, it <br />shall be in effect ten (lØ) days from and after passage on that <br />date if approved. It shall not go into effect if denied.
