described in Section 1.3.10 hereof, to verify that any minor deviations from the construction contract documents as described in Section 1.3.10 hereof have been corrected and that the reasons for any specific qualifications in any and all previous Certificates For Payment as described in Section 1.3.10 hereof are either no longer valid or the condition(s) andlor problem(s) have been corrected ¡ shall receive, assemble, and review written warranties and related documents required by the construction contract documents ¡ shall provide operation and maintenance instruction and up to five (5) days training for the SCADA system of Owner's operations personnel¡ shall conduct, in company with Owner, a final inspection of the proj ect for compliance wi th the construction contract documents, and shall issue a final Certificate for Payment or take other appropriate action¡ and shall make a written recommendation to Owner regarding Owner's acceptance of the Project. 1. 3 . 15 The extent of the duties, responsibilities and limitations of authority of the Engineer as the Owner's representative during construction shall not be modified or extended after the construction contract documents have been authorized by Owner to be competitively bid without written consent of the Owner and the Engineer and with notice to the Contractor. 1. 3 . 16 The Engineer shall prepare and submit to the Owner a set of reproducible record drawings showing significant changes in the Work made during the construction phase. 1.3.17 Reproducible record drawings will be prepared, in part, on the basis of information compiled and furnished by others, and may not -10-
