<br />pledged, assessed and collected annually ad valorem taxes on all taxable property in said <br />city in an amount sufficient to pay the annual interest on said bonds and provide a sinking <br />fund to pay said bonds at maturity? <br /> <br />City of San Marcos <br />Bond Proposition No.6 <br /> <br />Shall the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, be authorized to issue and sell the <br />bonds of said City in the aggregate principal amount of $1,185,000, for the purpose of <br />constructing and improving pedestrian and bicycle ways and facilities, including sidewalks, <br />pedestrian crossways and trails; with said bonds to be issued in one or more series or issues, <br />to mature serially or otherwise and bear interest at such rate or rates, not to exceed the <br />respective limits prescribed by law at the time of issuance, and to be sold at such price or <br />prices, as the City Council in its discretion shall determine; and shall there be levied and <br />pledged, assessed and collected annually ad valorem taxes on all taxable property in said <br />city in an amount sufficient to pay the annual interest on said bonds and provide a sinking <br />fund to pay said bonds at maturity? <br /> <br />Section 3. Precincts and Polling Places. <br /> <br />The election precincts for said election only, being the county election precincts, and the polling <br />place for each such precinct on election day, are set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, which is incorporated <br />herein by reference and made a part hereof for all purposes. <br /> <br />Section 4. Early Voting. <br /> <br />The Main Early Voting Polling Place and the Temporary Branch Early Voting Polling Places for <br />conducting early voting by personal appearance, and the address for early voting by mail, for said election <br />only are set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto. <br /> <br />Section 5. <br /> <br />Voting Hours; Period for Early Voting by Personal Appearance. <br /> <br />(a) On election day the polls shall be open from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />(b) The dates and hours for early voting by personal appearance at the Main Early Voting <br />Polling Place and at the respective Temporary Branch Early Voting Polling Places shall be as set forth in <br />Exhibit A hereto. <br /> <br />Section 6. Electronic Voting System; Ballots; Central Counting Station. <br /> <br />(a) An electronic voting system shall be used in said election. Said system shall be used for all <br />early voting as well as for all precinct voting conducted on election day. Sufficient voting equipment to <br />accommodate the voters shall be provided for early voting and at each of the polling places on election day. <br /> <br />(b) The electronic ballots shall be prepared in accordance with the applicable provisions of <br />V. T.C.A. Election Code so as to permit the voters to vote "FOR" or "AGAINST" the aforesaid propositions, <br />which shall be set forth in substantially the following form: <br /> <br />3 <br />
