<br />City of San Marcos <br />Bond Proposition No.1 <br /> <br />The issuance of up to $2,000,000 general obligation bonds for purchasing and improving <br />greenspace land, consisting of one or more tracts of land in the Rogers Ridge area, in the <br />Spring Lake/Sink Creek watershed <br /> <br />City of San Marcos <br />Bond Proposition No.2 <br /> <br />The issuance of$1 ,000,000 general obligation bonds for relocating the City municipal court <br />to the existing City police department building <br /> <br />City of San Marcos <br />Bond Proposition No.3 <br /> <br />The issuance of $2,965,000 general obligation bonds for new Central Fire Station <br /> <br />City of San Marcos <br />Bond Proposition No.4 <br /> <br />The issuance of$2,450,000 general obligation bonds for constructing and improving streets <br />and related pedestrian facilities in said City, as follows: Donaldson Street construction to <br />improve access to the San Marcos Transit Center, Sessom Drive reconstruction, Thorpe & <br />Hopkins street improvements, and various intersection improvements, providing drainage <br />facilities in connection therewith, and purchasing land and interests in land and properties <br />necessary therefor; and for other street proj ects to the extent that the proceeds of such bonds <br />are not needed for the foregoing projects <br /> <br />City of San Marcos <br />Bond Proposition No.5 <br /> <br />The issuance of$2,580,000 general obligation bonds for constructing and improving streets <br />and related pedestrian facilities in said City, as follows: Victory Gardens street <br />reconstruction, Loop 82 railroad overpass and Post Road aligmnent, LBJ sidewalk and <br />Hutchison Street reconstruction, providing drainage facilities in connection therewith, and <br />purchasing land and interests in land and properties necessary therefor; and for other street <br />projects to the extent that the proceeds of such bonds are not needed for the foregoing <br />projects <br /> <br />City of San Marcos <br />Bond Proposition No.6 <br /> <br />The issuance of $1,185,000 general obligation bonds for constructing and improving <br />pedestrian and bicycle ways and facilities <br /> <br />(c) The location of the Central Counting Station for said election shall be as set forth <br />on Exhibit A attached hereto. <br /> <br />4 <br />
