<br />13.1 <br /> <br />BASIC COIIPEIISA~Iœ <br /> <br />13 . 1. 1 <br /> <br />For Basic Services, as described in paragraphs 1.1 through <br /> <br />1.5, and any other services included in Article 14 as part of Basic <br />Services, Basic Compensation shall be computed as follows: <br /> <br />Phase I <br /> <br />- Schematic Design/Design development <br />- Contract Documents/Bidding <br /> <br />15% $ 35,946.00 <br /> <br />Phase II <br /> <br />70% <br /> <br />167,749.00 <br /> <br />Phase III - Construction/Administration and the <br /> <br />Construction Contract <br /> <br />15% <br /> <br />35,946.00 <br /> <br />13.2 <br /> <br />COIIPEltSAU OR FOR ADD I'fi 0JiAL SERVICES <br /> <br />13.2.1 <br /> <br />For Additional Services of the ARCHITECT, as described in <br /> <br />Paragraph 1.6, and any other services included in Article 14 as part of <br /> <br />Additional Services, Compensation shall be computed as follows: <br /> <br />Principal $110.00 per hour <br />Architect 68.00 per hour <br />Engineer 68.00 per hour <br />Resident Inspector 52.00 per hour <br />Designer/Technician 44.00 per hour <br />Clerical 20.00 per hour <br /> <br />The above-listed cost shall include all salary costs, overhead and <br /> <br />profit. <br /> <br />ARCHITECT <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />prepare <br /> <br />an <br /> <br />estimate <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />fees <br /> <br />prior <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />undertaking additional services and CITY I S written approval will be <br /> <br />obtained prior to initiating the work. <br /> <br />13.3 <br /> <br />There shall be Reimbursable Expenses paid as a part of this <br /> <br />Agreement as provided in Article 4 herein. <br /> <br />Such expense shall be <br /> <br />billed by the ARCHITECT to the CITY at cost, without override. <br /> <br />13.4 <br /> <br />The CITY and the ARCHITECT agree in accordance with the Terms <br /> <br />and Conditions of this Agreement that if the scope of the Project or of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />ARCHITECT's <br /> <br />Service <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />changed <br /> <br />materially, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />amounts <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />compensation shall be renegotiated. <br /> <br />Such change shall be subject to <br /> <br />approval by the CITY, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the <br />U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). <br /> <br />-20 <br />
