The Power Cost Adjustment Clause and Rules and <br />Regulations for Electric Service are incorporated by reference as <br />a part of this rate schedule. <br /> <br />AVAILABILITY <br /> <br />This rate schedule is available throughout <br />territory served by the city of San Marcos. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />entire <br /> <br />APPLICABILITY <br /> <br />This rate schedule is applicable to all electric service <br />required for lighting, power and any other purpose, other than <br />residential service as defined in Rate Schedule - RS, where the <br />maximum metered demand is 500 kW or greater and for which no <br />specific rate schedule is available. <br /> <br />CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br /> <br />Service under this rate schedule shall be alternating cur- <br />rent, 60 Hertz, three phase, at the City's option of standard <br />available voltages. Service at. voltages above 600 volts but less <br />than 69,000 volts is designated Primary Voltage, while service at <br />600 volts or less is designated Secondary Voltage. Resale service <br />is not permitted under this rate schedule. <br /> <br />MONTHLY RATE <br /> <br />PRIMARY VOLTAGE: (Greater than 600 v. but less than 69 kV) <br /> <br />Customer Charge: <br />Single or Three Phase Service.....$ 700.00 <br /> <br />Demand Charge: <br />All kW of Billing Demand..........$ 7.24 per kW <br /> <br />Energy Charge: <br />All kWh........................... $0.02520 per KwH <br /> <br />9/6/88 <br /> <br />- 13 - <br />
