<br />SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> <br />ELECTRIC TARIFF <br /> <br />ISSUED BY: <br /> <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> <br />SHEET NO. <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> <br />10/1/88 <br /> <br />REVISION NO. <br /> <br />LARGE GENERAL SERVICE <br />RATE SCHEDULE - LGS <br /> <br />MONTHLY RATE (continued) <br />SECONDARY VOLTAGE: (Less than 600 volts) <br /> <br />Customer Charge: <br />Single or Three Phase Service.....$ 200.00 <br /> <br />Demand Charge: <br />All kW of Billing Demand. .'. . . . . .. . $ 7.34 per kW <br /> <br />Energy Charge: <br />All kWh........................... $0.02551 per kWh <br /> <br />The above rate per kWh will be adjusted plus or minus in <br />accordance with the formula specified in the Power Cost Adjustment <br />Clause. The amount computed at the "Monthly Rate" shall be subject <br />to taxes, assessments or surcharges imposed by any governmental <br />authority which are assessed on the basis of revenues from electric <br />service or volume of electricity purchased or sold. <br /> <br />MINIMUM CHARGE <br /> <br />The monthly minimum charge shall be the sum of the "Customer <br />Charge", the "Demand Charge" and all applicable rate adjustments. <br /> <br />PAYMENT <br /> <br />The due date of the bill shall be fifteen (15) days after <br />issuance, and payment must be received in the electric utility <br />office of the City by 5:00 P.M. on the due date. Any and all <br />amounts remaining unpaid after the due date shall be assessed a <br />charge in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the unpaid amount. <br /> <br />CONTRACT DEMAND <br /> <br />Service under this rate schedule requires that the customer <br />execute a standard contract for a minimum term of one year, for a <br />specified Contract Demand used in the determination of Billing <br />Demand, as set forth below. <br /> <br />9/6/88 <br /> <br />- 14 - <br />
