The amount computed at the "Monthly Rate" shall be subject <br />to taxes, assessments or surcharges imposed by any governmental <br />authority which are assessed on the basis of revenues from electric <br />service or volume of electricity purchased or sold. <br /> <br />MINIMUM CHARGE <br /> <br />The monthly minimum charge shall be the sum of the "Customer <br />Charge", the "Demand Charge" and all applicable rate adjustments. <br /> <br />PAYMENT <br /> <br />The due date of the bill shall be fifteen (15) days after <br />issuance, and payment must be received in the electric utility <br />office of the City by 5:00 P.M. on the due date. Any and all <br />amounts remaining unpaid after the due date shall be assessed a <br />charge in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the unpaid amount. <br /> <br />CONTRACT DEMAND <br /> <br />Service under this rate schedule requires that the customer <br />execute a standard contract for a minimum term of one year, for a <br />specified Contract Demand used in the determination of Billing <br />Demand, as set forth below. <br /> <br />9/6/88 <br /> <br />- 14 - <br />
