<br />SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> <br />ELECTRIC TARIFF <br /> <br />ISSUED BY: <br /> <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> <br />SHEET NO. <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> <br />10/1/88 <br /> <br />REVISION NO. <br /> <br />OUTDOOR AREA LIGHTING <br />RATE SCHEDULE - OAL <br /> <br />MONTHLY RATE (continued) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />¡ The above rates will be adjusted plus or minus in accordance! <br />with the formula specified in the Power Cost Adjustment Clause <br />applied to the kWh indicated for each type of lamp. The amount <br />computed at the "Monthly Ratefl shall be subject to taxes, <br />assessments or surcharges imposed by any governmental authority <br />which are assessed on the basis of revenues from electric service <br />or volume of electricity purchased or sold by the City. <br /> <br />MINIMUM CHARGE <br /> <br />The monthly minimum charge shall be the sum of the stated <br />charge per lamp and all applicable rate adjustments. <br /> <br />PAYMENT <br /> <br />The due date of the bill shall be fifteen (15) days after <br />issuance, and payment must be received in the electric utility <br />office of the City by 5:00 P.M. on the due date. Any and all <br />amounts remaining unpaid after the due date shall be assessed a <br />charge in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the unpaid amount. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br /> <br />The City will furnish, operate, and maintain the facilities! <br />required for service under this rate schedule. Service at! <br />locations where existing City-owned poles and facilities are not! <br />available will be made at the discretion of the City and at ani <br />! additional charge to cover the cost of installing poles and! <br />I conductors and to cover increased cost of maintenance. The follow-¡ <br />ing conditions will apply to all facilities installed by the City; <br />under ~is rate schedule: I <br /> <br />a. The cost of repairing facilities damaged by acts of! <br />vandalism shall be billed to the Customer receiving service! <br />under this rate schedule at actual cost to the Cityl <br />including all appropriate overheads. \ <br /> <br />b-. The City shall, at the request of the customer, relocate ori <br />change existing equipment and the Customer shall reimburse <br />the City for any and all such relocations or changes at, <br />actual cost to the City including all appropriate; <br />overheads. \ <br /> <br />9/6/88 <br /> <br />- 17 - <br />
