<br />SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> <br />ELECTRIC TARIFF <br /> <br />ISSUED BY: <br /> <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> <br />SHEET NO. <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> <br />10/1/88 <br /> <br />REVISION NO. <br /> <br />OUTDOOR AREA LIGHTING <br />RATE SCHEDULE - OAL <br /> <br />The City shall charge and collect for outdoor area lighting <br />service on the basis of the provisions of this Rate Schedule - OAL. <br />The Power Cost Adjustment Clause and Rules and Regulations for <br />Electric Service are incorporated by reference as a part of this <br />rate schedule. <br /> <br />AVAILABILITY <br /> <br />This rate schedule is available throughout the entire ser- <br />vice territory served by the City of San Marcos where the City has <br />existing facilities available for the service covered by this rate <br />schedule. <br /> <br />APPLICABILITY <br /> <br />This rate schedule is applicable to year-round outdoor <br />security lighting of areas not covered by any other rate schedule. <br />Lighting to be provided under this rate schedule shall be at <br />locations which are easily and economically accessible to City <br />equipment and personnel for construction and maintenance. Lamps <br />will be operated from dusk to dawn, or approximately 4,000 hours <br />per year per lamp, and controlled by photo-electric control. <br /> <br />CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br /> <br />Service under this rate schedule shall be alternating cur- <br />rent, 60 Hertz, single phase, at City's option of standard <br />available voltages. standby or resale service is not permitted <br />under this rate schedule. <br /> <br />MONTHLY RATE <br /> <br />Mercury Vapor Lamp <br />175 Watt, 7,900 Lumens................$ 4.15 per Lamp <br />Plus monthly Power Cost Adjustment Clause applicable <br />to 70 kWh. <br /> <br />9/6/88 <br /> <br />- 16 - <br />
