<br />SECTION 6. That the citation to certain statutory authority <br />appearing in Section 21-22 of Article II 1/2 of said Chapter of said <br />Code as "V.A.C.S. Article 1269m" shall be amended to read "Chapter 143, <br />Local Government Code, V.T.C.A.". <br /> <br />SECTION 7. That the citations to certain statutory authority <br />appearing in Section 21-25 of Article III of said Chapter of said Code <br />as "Article l269m, Texas Revised Civil Statutes" and "Section 15 of <br />Article 1269m" shall be amended to read "Chapter 143, Local Government <br />Code, V.T.C.A.", and "Section 143.013, Local Government Code, V.T.C.A.", <br />respectively. <br /> <br />SECTION 8.
