B. See attached photographs of product line III. MARKET ANALYSIS A. Company primarily sells to individual companies on an as needed basis and therefore does not have long term contracts. Company does have continuing agreements with distributers for international sales. B & C, TOTAL AND TARGET MARKET The photographic industry has a long history of continued growth especially for hi-tech products such as those produced by EPS. This growth is expected to continue. The market for EPS products are all professional photographers and one hour lab owners throughout the world. The Scene Machine background system is a reasonable component for any aggressive and creative studio including both independent studio owners as well as large scale corporate operations. The typical sale price for a complete Scene Machine system is $6,000. The Scene Machine is becoming very popular in the United States and Canada and is now making good market penetration in northern Europe, the Arab states, and the far East. The majority of the processing equipment sold by EPS is "state of the art" and is just now being recognized for its potential. Because of the high cost of the typical processing system ($50,000 and up), this equipment is seriously considered only by the more successful studio operations. Several unique new laboratory products will come available in late 1989 that will potentially greatly increase sales in this area. EPS and/or DHSS have negotiated rights to sell these new products. Environmental Projection Systems is exceptionally well known by photographers throughout North America as a result of fifteen years of advertising in major trade journals, participation in state and national trade shows, and through the international reputation of the company president, Dr. Henry J. Oles. Dr. Oles has lectured on photographic subjects for professional organizations throughout North America as well as in a number of other countries. For more than three years, he has been a featured monthly columnist in the Professional Photographer, the leading trade journal for the photographic industry in North America. It is estimated that his column is read monthly by approximately 60,000 photographers. D. Industry Trends The growth potential for EPS is enormous in virtually every area. The professional photographer has been until now, quite reluctant to purchase the Scene Machine background system, preferring instead to remain with one of two traditional canvas backgrounds.
