A very select group of highly <br />successful photographers who use EPS equipment are being sponsored by <br />EPS to speak before local, state, regional and national organizations <br />of photographers at which time they will describe their methods of <br />operation to their colleagues. <br />D. Customer Conveniences <br />The company has a self instructional training program for may of its <br />products. This includes videotapes and manuals. Customers are given <br />an 800 number for personalized assistance. Customers are also given <br />the opportunity to visit the company for consultation as well as for <br />formal training. The company is officially open Monday through Friday <br />from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The company phone is usually answered in the <br />evenings and on weekends by management to handle emergencies. <br />VI. MANAGEMENT <br />A. EPS President, Dr. Henry Oles, holds a PhD in psychology from <br />the University of Pittsburgh. He has been actively involved in various <br />aspects of the photography industry since 1963. Dr. Oles major <br />interest in psychology has been product marketing. EPS Vice President, <br />Marian Oles, has worked along with Dr. Oles on various photographic <br />ventures since 1965. National Sales Manager for studio products, <br />George Brandalick, has been with EPS for three years. He has extensive <br />experience in photography and retail merchandising. Laboratory <br />Equipment Sales Manager, Steve Salibo, has been with EPS for more than <br />two years. He has more than six years of experience in the <br />photographic industry. Trevon Baker manages a new division of the <br />company that caters to the one hour processing customer. He has been <br />with EPS for two years. Production Manager Richard Howe, formerly with <br />Republic Steel, has been with EPS for six years. Robert Canning, chief <br />engineer has been with EPS for more than two years. EPS is now <br />advertising for additional personnel. At this time, EPS has 10 full <br />time employees. It is anticipated that with the addition of new <br />facilities that EPS will quickly move to 40 employees with the <br />potential of growing significantly beyond that level. <br />B.
