<br />Localities should be aware when preparing an application for funding <br />under the Texas Community Development Program that the meeting of these <br />thresholds only gualifies the application for consideration, and may not have <br />a quantitative effect on the scoring and eventual ranking of an application. <br />Careful consideration should also be given to all factors upon which the <br />scoring mechanism is based. <br /> <br />For each national objective under which the proposed activity qualifies, <br />check the appropriate box and provide the information in that section. <br /> <br />[Jl] PRINCIPALLY BENEFITS LOW AND MODERATE INCOME PERSONS <br /> <br />Was this determined on direct benefit, area benefit, income, or condition <br />eligibility?
