The
purpose of this letter is to afford you an opportunity to choose an
optional way to use those reservations now held in your name by the
City. In
return, the Ci ty would cred it Developer $15Ø per reservation against
the cost of each L.U.E used during the five (5) year period until his
package plant reservations are used up.

OPTION NO.2.:

DEVELOPER would commit to use any number of his package plant
reservations within three (3) years or lose those reservations. In
return, the Ci ty would cred it Developer $259 per reservation' against
the cost of each L.U.E. used during the three (3) year period until his
package plant reservations are used up.

OPTION NO.3:

DEVELOPER would commit to use any number of his package plant
reservations wi thin eighteen (18) months or lose those reservations.
In return the city would credit Developer $5ØØ per reservation against
the cost of each L.U.E. used during the eighteen (18) month period
until his package plant reservations are used up.

OPTION NO.4:

DEVELOPER'S status would remain unchanged; existing situation with
respect to package plant reservations would continue.
