Helen Hanicak asked about <br /> the sprinkler system. Mayor Craddock asked if anyone wished to <br /> speak on the Revenue Sharing Entitlement 16 Fund. No one did. City <br /> Manager Gonzalez stated the fund has been used for the past few years <br /> of fund outside agency requests and the balance has been used for <br /> capital equipment expenditures in the General Fund. No one else <br /> wished to speak on any of the budgets, so Mayor Craddock closed the <br /> public hearing. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced a discussion with the Planning Director re- <br /> garding method of handling land use map changes. Mr. Robbins stated <br /> the Planning and Zoning Commissions were scheduled to hold a joint <br /> meeting to make recommendations to the Council on a method of handling <br /> land use map changes.
