<br /> 77. <br /> Special Meeting August 20, 1984 Page 2 <br /> advised Hillyer had not been approved for paving. Mayor Craddock <br /> asked if anyone wished to speak on the Library Memorial Fund. Helen <br /> Hanicak asked questions regarding how the library was funded, and <br /> Stephanie Langenkamp responded. Mayor Craddock asked if anyone <br /> wished to speak on the Cemetery Fund. Helen Hanicak asked about <br /> the sprinkler system. Mayor Craddock asked if anyone wished to <br /> speak on the Revenue Sharing Entitlement 16 Fund. No one did. City <br /> Manager Gonzalez stated the fund has been used for the past few years <br /> of fund outside agency requests and the balance has been used for <br /> capital equipment expenditures in the General Fund. No one else <br /> wished to speak on any of the budgets, so Mayor Craddock closed the <br /> public hearing. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced a discussion with the Planning Director re- <br /> garding method of handling land use map changes. Mr. Robbins stated <br /> the Planning and Zoning Commissions were scheduled to hold a joint <br /> meeting to make recommendations to the Council on a method of handling <br /> land use map changes.
