<br />-2- <br /> <br />(e) IIJunked <br /> <br />vehiclell <br /> <br />means a <br /> <br />motor <br /> <br />vehicle \Alhich is <br /> <br />(1) inoperative ~nd <br /> <br />(2) does not have lawfully affixed to <br />unexpired license plate or a valid <br />safety inspection certificate, and <br /> <br />it either an <br />motor vehicle <br /> <br />(3) that is wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled or <br />discarded, or that remains inoperable for a <br />continuous period of more than 45 days. <br /> <br />(f) IIStorage facility" means a garage, parking lot, or any <br />type of facility or establishment for the servicing, <br />repairing, storing, or parking of motor vehicles. <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />IIMotor vehiclell means every vehicle which is <br />self-propelled and which is subject to registration <br />under the Certificate of Title Act (Article <br />6687-1, V.T.C.S.), except that for purposes of Sections <br />16-35, 16-37 and 16-38, IImotor vehicle includes a <br />motorboat, outboard motor, or vessel subject to <br />registration under Chapter 31, Texas Parks and Wildlife <br />Code, V. T. C. A. <br /> <br />(h) IIVehiclell means every mechanical device, in, upon or by <br />which any person or property is or may be transported or <br />drawn upon a public highway, including motor vehicles, <br />commercial motor vehicles, truck-tractors, trailers, and <br />semi-trailers, as they are hereinafter defined, but <br />excepting devices moved by human power or used exclusively <br />upon stationary rails or tracks. <br /> <br />(i) IICommercial Motor Vehiclell means any motor vehicle other <br />than a motorcycle, designed or used for the transportation <br />of property, which includes vehicles used for delivery <br />purposes. <br /> <br />(j) "Truck-tractor" means every motor vehicle designed or <br />used primarily for drawing other vehicles, and not so <br />constructed as to carry a load other than a part of the <br />weight of the vehicle and load so drawn, except that the <br />term includes a motor vehicle that is otherwise a <br />truck-tractor, that is engaged with a semi-trailer in the <br />transportation of automobiles, and that transports motor <br />vehicles on part of the truck-tractor. <br /> <br />(k) IITrailer" means every vehicle without motor power <br />designed or used for carrying property or passengers <br />wholly on its own structure and to be drawn by a motor <br />vehicle. <br /> <br />(1) IISemi-trailer" means every vehicle of the trailer type so <br />designed or used in conjunction with a motor vehicle that <br />some part of its own weight and that of its own load rests <br />upon or is carried by another motor vehicle. <br /> <br />(m) IIAntique autoll means a passenger car or truck that was <br />manufactured in 1925 or before or a passenger car or truck <br />that is at least 35 years old. <br /> <br />(n) IISpecial interest vehicle" means a motor vehicle of any <br />age that has not been altered or modified from original <br />manufacturer's specifications and, because of its historic <br />interest, is being preserved by hobbyists. <br /> <br />(0) IICollectorll means <br />special interest <br />acquires, trades, <br />antique vehicles or <br />order to restore, <br />special interest <br /> <br />the owner of one or more antique or <br />vehicles who collects, purchases, <br />or disposes of special interest or <br />parts of them for personal u~e in <br />preserve, and maintain an antique or <br />vehicle for historic interest. <br /> <br />(p) IICommercially available car coverll means a non-transparent <br />heavy duty fabric or heavy duty synthetic cover contoured <br />to fit the body type of the vehicle covered. <br />
