Railroad S 83 38' W, 99.51 feet, <br />to the Southeast Right of Way of the I&GN Railroad, for the <br />Southwest corner of the tract herein described; <br /> <br />THENCE, with the Southeast Right of Way of the said I&GN <br />railroad, N 35 ~3' E, 796.80 feet to the North line of Lot 13 <br />and the South line of Lot 14, Block 2 of said Donaldson <br />Addition, for the Northwest corner of the tract herein <br />described; <br /> <br />THENCE, leaving the said I&GN Railroad, with the North lines of <br />Lots 14,9 and 3, all of Block 2 of said Donaldson Addition, N <br />82 ° 30' E, 376.84 feet to the West Right of Way of the <br />aforementioned Guadalupe Street for the Northeast corner of the <br />tract herein described. <br /> <br />THENCE, with the West Right of Way of the said Guadalupe Street, <br />S 07 ° 30' E, 162.23 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing <br />4.68 acres of land, more or less. Field notes prepared on June <br />6, 1986 from a map of survey by William M. Brooks, R.P.S. #1358. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days <br />from and after its passage and after it has been subject to <br />reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following <br />its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider <br />it. If reconsidered on February 23, 1987, it shall be in effect ten <br />days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not <br />go into effect if denied.
