This is to provide <br />service for the continued growth of the developments and other <br />commercial and industrial growth along IH-35 through the year <br />2005. The third phase will involve the remainder of the system <br />east of IH -35. This is to service the projectli:!d development of <br />commercial and residential property in this area through the year <br />2005. <br /> <br />Three of the proposed lines in the lower pressure plane cross <br />IH-35. The sizes shown for these lines are the sizes to handle the <br />2005 flows.
