In phase II the central lift station is proposed to be upgrade to pump
the two-hour peak wet weather flow for the entire basin for the year
1995. An additional force main line is proposed to be constructed
parallel to the existing force main running from the central lift station
to the existing WWTP. This additional line should upgrade the total
capacity of the force mains to enable them to carry the two-hour peak
wet weather flow for the entire basin for the year 2005 at no more
than 5 feet per second. Also in phase II the existing WWTP is
proposed to be upgraded to enable it to treat the additional average
dry weather flow for the entire basin for the year 1995.

In phase III the central lift station is proposed to be upgraded to
pump the two-hour peak wet weather flow for the entire basin for the
year 2005. The eastern lift station is also to be upgraded in phase
III to enable it to pump the two-hour peak wet weather flow for
su b- basins 3- 5 for the year 2005.
