<br />c. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "F" <br /> <br />Water Conservation Plan <br /> <br />LRL will establish a complete water conservation plan <br /> <br />to be implemented by deed restriction on all property within <br /> <br />the District to include the following features: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />The use of water conserving fixtures will be <br />required for use in all residential, commercial or <br />industrial buildings. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Xeriscape landscape techniques will be encouraged <br />for single-family residences and an information <br />booklet will be prepared to educate homeowners as <br />to the types of plants which qualify as xeric with <br />suggestions as to design and planting techniques. <br /> <br />Xeriscape planting design will be utilized by the <br />developers for common areas, such as parks, <br />medians, entryways and other common areas. <br /> <br />Additionally, LRL supports the City's Water Conserva- <br /> <br />tion Ordinance, No. 1984-73, certain provisions of which are <br /> <br />not feasible and practical for adoption by the District. <br /> <br />Water customers within the District shall be required to <br /> <br />comply with the following water use restrictions as set <br /> <br />forth below and which will become a part of the District's <br /> <br />Rate Schedule: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />The District will implement mandatory conservation <br />measures when the water level in the Bexar County <br />Observation well is at 612 feet. <br />
