Automatic <br />sprinkler systems may be used from the hours <br />of 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Require that non-commercial washing of <br />automobiles, trucks, trailers, boats, air- <br />planes and other mobile equipment be done <br />with a hand held hose or hand held bucket. <br />Hand held hoses shall be equipped with a <br />positive shut-off nozzle. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Limit commercial washing of automobiles, <br />trucks, trailers, boats, airplanes and other <br />mobile equipment to the immediate premises of <br />a commercial washing facility and to the <br />hours of 12:00 noon to 6:00 P.M. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Prohibit restaurants from serving water to <br />customers except when specifically requested <br />by the customer. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Limit watering at commercial nurseries, <br />commercial sod farms and other similar <br />establishments to the hours of 6:00 A.M. to <br />10:00 A.M. and with hand held hose, hand held <br />bucket or drip irrigation system. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Require industrial customers to implement <br />individual water conservation plans. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Limit golf course watering to tees and greens <br />between the hours of 7:00 P.M. to 10:00 A.M. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />Prohibit non-recirculating fountains at all <br />times, and recirculating fountains between <br />12:00 noon to 6:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The District will implement the following mandato- <br />ry conservation measures when the City does so. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />prohibi t all non-essential water uses, or <br />uses not necessary to maintain the public <br />health, safety, and welfare.
