<br />development plans. The District will also construct an <br />internal water distribution system required to serve the <br />District. <br /> <br />Section 3.05. Wastewater Collection and Treatment <br />Faci Ii ties. The fi rst phase of the Regional Wastewater <br />Facili ties includes approximately 14,000 linear feet of <br />wastewater interceptor sized to meet the ultimate require- <br />ments described in the Utility Plan, and a lift station and <br />force main to the City's existing wastewater treatment plant <br />as described in Exhibit "D" hereto. Subsequent phases will <br />include expansion of capacity within the City's regional <br />wastewater treatment plant, and upgrades of the lift station <br />and force mains. The facilities and the phasing reflected <br />in Exhibit "D" hereto are estimates and may be modified from <br />time to time with the approval of the City which may not be <br />unreasonably withheld as required by the District's develop- <br />ment plans. The District will also construct an internal <br />wastewater collection system to serve the District. <br /> <br />Section 3.06. Drainage. The District proposes to <br />construct a drainage system consisting of inlets, storm <br />sewers, open channels, detention facilities and retention <br />facili ties (water quality ponds). Di strict construction <br />will be in accordance with the Interim Drainage and Erosion <br />Control provisions of the Subdivision Ordinance of the City <br />in effect on the effective date of this Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3.07. City Approval of Plans. No construction <br />of any portion of the Proj ect shall commence unless the <br />plans and specifications therefor have been approved by the <br />City, the Texas Water Commission and/or the Texas Department <br />of Health, and all other governmental entities having <br />jurisdiction. All such approvals by the City shall not be <br />unreasonably withheld. <br /> <br />Section 3.08. <br />Facilities. <br /> <br />Design and Construction of the Regional <br /> <br />(a) The District and the City are partners in the <br />design and construction of the Regional Facilities described <br />in Exhibit "D" hereto. The City hereby appoints LRL, or at <br />LRL's option, the District, to act as Project Manager, the <br />details of which appointment may be provided in a separate <br />but compatible Project Manager Agreement.
