Thence, N 44 degrees -44'-34" E, along an existing fence, a distance of 101.55' to an iron pin, said iron pin being the North corner of the herein described parcel; Thence, S 44 degrees -56'-16" E, distance of 152.23' to an iron pin; along an existing fence, a Thence, S 45 degrees -03'-06" W, a distance of 50.00' to an iron pin; Thence, S 44 degrees -29'-36" E, a distance 100.00' to an iron pin found in the Northwest line of Porter Street, said iron pin being the most Easterly corner of the herein described parcel; Thence, S 44 degrees -42'-29" W, along the Northwest line of Porter Street, a distance of 80.17' to an iron pin, said iron pin being the beginning point of this description. SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider it. If reconsidered on March 9, 1987, it shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered and approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas.
