<br />corner of the said Schlameus 3.864 acre tract, the Northwest
<br />corner of the said Walker 3.6, more or less, acre tract, and
<br />continuing on, in all, 257.62 feet along the arc of the said
<br />curve, having a radius of 2,242.11 feet and a sub-chord which
<br />bears, S 79 degrees 00' E, 257.35 feet, more or less, to the
<br />Northeast corner of the said Walker 3.6 acres of land, more or
<br />less, acre tract, same being the Northwest corner of the

<br />re-entrant corner of the tract herein described, same
<br />being on the East line of that 9.37 acre tract of land
<br />conveyed to Frank B. Hoch by Weldon Schlameus by deed
<br />dated January 24, 1953, and recorded in Volume 155, Page
<br />196, Hays County Deed Records, and being on the Northwest
<br />line of the said White Survey, the Southeast line of the
<br />said Glasgow Survey;
