<br />BEGINNING at an iron stake at the North corner of the said

<br />of the tract herein described, same being an East corner of that

<br />Volume 386, Page 824, Hays County Deed Records, and being on the
<br />Southwest line of Wonderworld Drive-F.M. No. 3407;

<br />THENCE, leaving the said Corrie Corporation 0.23 acre tract,
<br />with the Southwest line of the said Wonderwor1d Drive-F.M.
<br />Highway No. 3407, S 45 degrees 04' E, at 81.43 feet passing an
<br />iron Stake at the East corner of the said Corrie Corporation
<br />0.15 acre tract, a North corner of the said S & S Land and
<br />Cattle Co. 2.06 acre tract, and continuing on, in all, 256.43

<br />on, in all, 369.25 feet to an iron stake at the North corner of
