<br />BEING THAT TRACT OF LAND CONVEYED TO JOHN L. CAMPSALL BY
<br />CHARLES E. ELLIS BY DEED DATED JUNE 5, 1980, AND RECORDED
<br />IN VOLUME 343, PAGE 356, HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, SAME
<br />BEING A PORTION OF THAT TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "N'
<br />IN THE SAID CAMPSALL DEED, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
<br />IN METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:

<br />BEGINNING at a concrete monument found at the North corner of
<br />the said Campsall Tract, for the North corner of the tract
<br />herein described, same being at the intersection of the
<br />Southeast line of F.M. Highway No. 2439, (Hunter Road) with the
<br />Southwest line of F.M. Highway No. 3407, (Wonder World Drive):
<br />
<br />THENCE, leaving the said F.M. Highway No. 2439, with the
<br />Southwest line of the said F.M. Highway No. 3407, S 45 degrees
<br />04' E, at about 128 feet passing a chain link fence and
<br />continuing on, in all, 132.31 feet to an iron stake set under
<br />fence, at the East corner of the said Campsall Tract, same being
<br />a North corner of that 70.21 acre tract of land described as
<br />Tract One, conveyed to George Alexander in Volume 365, Page 824,
<br />Hays County Deed Records, for the East corner of the tract
<br />herein described;
<br />
<br />THENCE, leaving the said F.M. Highway No. 3407, with fence, a
<br />Northwest line of the said Alexander Tract One, S 17 degrees 36'
<br />W, 83.97 feet to an iron stake set at a corner fence post at the
<br />South corner of the said Campsall Tract, same being the East
<br />corner of the tract of land conveyed to Nathon D. Linton by
<br />Elmer Tate by deed dated July 6,1956, and recorded in Volume
<br />168, Page 460, Hays County Deed Records, for the South corner of
<br />the tract herein described;
<br />
<br />THENCE, leaving the said Alexander Tract One, with fence, the
<br />Northeast line of the said Linton Tract, N 44 degrees 48' W,
<br />137.45 feet to an iron stake set at the West corner of the said
<br />Campsall Tract, the North corner of the said Linton Tract, same
<br />being on the Southeast line of the aforementioned F.M. Highway
<br />No. 2439, for the West corner of the tract herein described;
<br />
<br />THENCE, leaving fence and the said Linton Tract, with the
<br />Southwest line of the said F.M. Highway No. 2439, N 20 degrees
<br />361 E, 81.13 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 0.23
<br />acres of land. Surveyed November, 1982. Revised December 13,
<br />1982.

<br />SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days
<br />from and after its passage and after it has been subject to
<br />reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following
<br />its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider
<br />it. If reconsidered on March 23, 1987, it shall be in effect ten
<br />days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not
<br />go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered and
<br />approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in
<br />the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas.
