<br />Subcontractors, the Governmental Approvals that the Authority must obtain in <br />its own name or that of its Subcontractors to provide the Contract Services. <br />Applicable Law Compliance. To the best of my knowledge, the <br />Authority is not in material yiolation of any law, order, rule or regulation <br />applicable to any water plant or system providing service to the general public <br />designed, constructed, operated, maintained or managed by the Authority. <br />Information Supplied by the Authority. The information supplied and <br />representations and warranties made by the Authority in all submittals made in <br />response to the City's RFP and in all post-proposal submittals with respect to <br />the Authority (and, to the best of its knowledge, all information supplied in <br />such submittals with respect to any Subcontractor) are true, correct and <br />complete in all material respects. <br />City Utility Contracts.
