It is agreed that all expenses incurred in the administration of this election where the City and the County are involved will be shared equally by the City and the County; and where only the County is involved, the expenditures will be paid by the County, and where only the City is involved will be paid by the City. Should construction of voting signs or booths be necessary, these costs will be shared in the same manner as expenses incurred in the administration of the election. Labor costs for construction if provided by the City or the County will be considered as part of the costs to be shared. Section 5. It is agreed by the parties to this Agreement that a common ballot will be used for the joint election. The Mobile Ballot Boxes ("MBBS") holding the voted ballots for the election will be delivered by the Precinct Judges to the Hays County Election Administrator's office at 401-C Broadway, San Marcos, Texas and these boxes will remain in the Hays County Election Administrator's custody, except that the County agrees to deliver the MBBS to the City if requested for canvass of the election or in the event the voted ballots are required for any court proceedings in which the City may be a party.
