(b) Any person knowinqly violatino a provision of this chapter or any order issued under the authority of this chapter relatino to fire safety, public health, or sanitation after beino warned that a specific act or omission would be a violation is ouilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction may be fined up to $2,000.00 per violation. I (c) Any person knowinqly violatino a provIsion of the city's emeroency manaoement plan after beino warned that a specific act or omission would be a violation of the plan is ouilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction may be fined of UP to $1,000.00. (d) Any person violatinq any other provision of this chapter or any order issued under the authority of this chapter is ouilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction may be fined UP to $500.00 per violation. (e) Any person violatino section 26.010 is quilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction may be fined not less than $200.00 but not more than $500.00 per violation. Sec. 26.012.
