1 MINUTES OF TEE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, FEBRUARY 10, 1986 PRESENT: Mayor Emmie Craddock Council Members Karl W. Brown * Bill Coddington Gerald G. Farr Fred Guerra Betty Jane Kissler William C. Nicola City Manager A. C. Gonzalez City Secretary Janis K. Womack City Attorney Lamar W. Hankins Assistant City Manager Robert T. Herrera Director of Parks and Recreation Rodney Cobb Director of Planning Frank Robbins Director of Public Works George Boeker Director of Env. and Engineering Steve Jenkins Director of Finance Betty Oliver Also Present: Mark Hendricks, Gene hildebrandt, Charles Hundley, Roger Fernandez, Pat Moore, Susie Cephas, Melissa Millecam, Linda King, Roxanne McKimmey, ~1ary Compton, Eric Crabtree, Shirley Wickersham and others. Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held January 27, 1986. Mr. Brown moved for approval and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Emergency Meeting held February 3,1986. Mr. Farr moved for approval of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Craddock, Kissler, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Guerra. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of one appointment to the Zoning Commission to complete the vacancy of Brenda Smith. Mr. Farr moved to place the names of Jane Wilson and Dr. William R. Rogers in nomination and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: WILSON: Brown, Farr, Craddock, Guerra, Kissler. ROGERS: Nicola. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of one appointment to the San Marcos Industrial Development Corporation Board of Directors. Mr. Farr moved to nominate Larry Cole, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the Charter Re- view Commission's report. Mr. Farr ooved to table the report until February 24, 1986 when Mr. bankins advised the Council one page of the report was missing, and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. * Mr. Coddington was present at 9:04 p.m.
