No one <br />did, so Mayor Craddock closed the public hearing. I:s. Kissler moved <br />for approval of the Ordinance on first reading and Mr. Guerra second- <br />ed the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration a public hearing and approv- <br />al of an Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was read as fol- <br />lows: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1985-107 AND <br />SUBSTITUTING THEREFOR ANOTHER ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- <br />TION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS <br />THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, <br />DATED JUNE 13, 1984 (VOL. 66) BY ZONING 17.96 ACRES OF <br />LAND, MORE OR LESS, OUT OF THE ROBERT CLEVER SURVEY, <br />A-92, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A PORTION OF THAT <br />TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED IN A DEED FROM ORIN A.
