<br />THE MASTER PLAN OF SAID CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE
<br />DATE.

<br />Mayor Craddock opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished
<br />to speak in favor or in opposition to the zoning change. No one
<br />did, so Mayor Craddock closed the public hearing. I:s. Kissler moved
<br />for approval of the Ordinance on first reading and Mr. Guerra second-
<br />ed the motion, which passed unanimously.

<br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration a public hearing and approv-
<br />al of an Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was read as fol-
<br />lows:

<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
<br />MARCOS, TEXAS, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1985-107 AND
<br />SUBSTITUTING THEREFOR ANOTHER ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC-
<br />TION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS
<br />THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND,
<br />DATED JUNE 13, 1984 (VOL. 66) BY ZONING 17.96 ACRES OF
<br />LAND, MORE OR LESS, OUT OF THE ROBERT CLEVER SURVEY,
<br />A-92, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A PORTION OF THAT
<br />TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED IN A DEED FROM ORIN A. EARRY-
<br />MAN TO C. C. HUGHSON DATED NOVEMBER 3, 1950 AND RECORD-

<br />"MF-2" (MULTI-FAMILY DISTRICT) AND DECLARING AN EFFECT-

<br />O'KANE SURVEY, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, SAME BEING A PORTION
