<br />(2) Non-commercial vehicle washing is allowed only on the designated weekday I <br />and must be done using a hand-held bucket or a hand-held hose equipped with a <br />positive shutoff device. <br /> <br />(3) Commercial vehicle washing is allowed on any day and at any time. <br /> <br />(g) Swimming pools located outdoors must have at least 25% of the water surface area <br />covered when not in use <br /> <br />(h) Filling of new aesthetic water features is prohibited. <br /> <br />(i) Washing of impervious surfaces is prohibited unless required for health and safety <br />use. <br /> <br />U) Foundation watering is allowed on any day and at any time <br /> <br />(k) Other non-essential water uses are restricted as follows. <br /> <br />(1) Restaurants are allowed to serve water only upon specific request by the <br />customer <br /> <br />(2) All reasonable efforts shall be undertaken to reduce other non-essential water <br /> <br />uses <br /> <br />Section 86.061. Stage 2 water use allowances and restrictions. <br /> <br />The following measures are in effect for any period when stage 2 of the drought <br />response plan has been implemented: <br /> <br />(a) Waste of water is prohibited <br /> <br />(b) Irrigation of existing landscapes with hose-end sprinklers and automatic sprinkler <br />irrigation systems is allowed only one day per week on the designated weekday between <br />the hours of 6:00 a m to 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p m. to midnight. <br /> <br />(c) Irrigation of new landscapes with hose-end sprinklers and automatic sprinkler <br />irrigation systems is allowed only one day per week on the designated weekday between <br />the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m, and 8:00 p.m to midnight. However, if a person <br />applies for a new landscape permit and pays the permit fee set by the city council, the <br />person may irrigate a new landscape with hose-end sprinklers and automatic sprinkler <br />irrigation systems each day between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. <br />to midnight for a period not to exceed 21 days. <br /> <br />(d) Irrigation with hand-held bucket, hand-held hose, soaker hose and drip irrigation <br />system is restricted as follows <br /> <br />(1) Irrigation with a hand-held bucket or a hand-held hose equipped with a <br />positive shutoff device is allowed on any day and at any time. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />
