<br />I <br /> <br />(2) Irrigation with a soaker hose or drip irrigation system is allowed only one day <br />per week on the designated weekday between the hours of 6.00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and <br />8:00 p.m. to midnight. <br /> <br />(e) Irrigation of golf courses, athletic fields and commercial nurseries is restricted as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(1) Irrigation of golf courses with sprinklers is allowed only one day per week on <br />the designated weekday between the hours of midnight to 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m to <br />midnight. <br /> <br />(2) Irrigation of athletic fields with sprinklers is allowed only one day per week on <br />the designated weekday between the hours of midnight to 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. to <br />midnight. <br /> <br />(3) Irrigation of plants in inventory at commercial nurseries is allowed on any day <br />and at any time. <br /> <br />(f) Vehicle washing is restricted as follows: <br /> <br />(1) Charity car washes are prohibited except at a certified commercial car wash. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(2) Non-commercial vehicle washing is allowed only on the designated weekday <br />between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 1000 a.m and 8:00 p.m. to midnight and must be <br />done using a hand-held bucket or hand-held hose equipped with a positive shutoff <br />device. <br /> <br />(3) Commercial vehicle washing is allowed on any day and at any time <br /> <br />(g) Swimming pools: <br /> <br />(1) Swimming pools located outdoors must have at least 25% of the water <br />surface area covered when not in use. <br /> <br />(2) Filling of new swimming pools is prohibited <br /> <br />(3) Filling and make-up of existing pools is allowed. <br /> <br />(h) Operation of outdoor aesthetic water features is prohibited. <br /> <br />(i) Washing of impervious surfaces is prohibited unless required for health and safety <br />use. <br /> <br />U) Foundation watering is allowed only one day per week on the designated weekday <br />between the hours of midnight to 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m to midnight. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(k) Other non-essential water uses are restricted as follows: <br /> <br />(1) Restaurants are allowed to serve water only upon specific request by the <br />customer. <br /> <br />9 <br />
