<br />Section 4.3.4.4 <br /> <br />Industrialized Housing <br /> <br />(a) Industrialized homes in any single-family or duplex zoning district shall meet all <br />of the requirements of the district in which the industrialized home is located and <br />shall: <br /> <br />1. Have a value equal to or greater than the median taxable value for each single- <br />family dwelling located within 500 feet of the lot on which the industrialized <br />housing is proposed to be located as determined by the most recent certified tax <br />appraisal roll for each county in which the properties are located; <br /> <br />SECTION 37. Section 4.3.4.6 of the City Land Development Code is repealed in its <br />entirety. <br /> <br />SECTION 38. Section 4.4.1.1(d)(1) and (3) of the City Land Development Code are <br />amended as follows (underlining indicates added text; overstrike indicates deleted text): <br /> <br />Section 4.4.1.1 <br /> <br />Area and Building Regulations <br /> <br />(d) Front Yard. <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />On all corner lots, the front yard setback shall be observed along the <br />frontage of both intersecting streets, unless approved specifically <br />otherwise on a construction subdivision plat or development plat. Where <br />single-family and duplex lots have double frontage, extending from one <br />street to another, or are on a corner, a required front yard shall be provided <br />on both streets unless a side or rear yard building line has been established <br />along one frontage on the plat, in which event only one required front yard <br />need be observed (Figure 4-5). The side and/or rear yards in the case of <br />single-family and duplex uses shall be identified and the front of the <br />structure shall not face the side or rear yard (Figure 4-6). <br /> <br />(3) The front yard shall be measured from the property line to the front face of <br />the building, to the nearest supporting member of a covered porch or <br />terrace, or to any attached accessory building. Eaves and roof extensions <br />or a porch without posts or columns may project into the required front <br />yard for a distance not to exceed four feet, and subsurface structures, <br />platforms, enclosures or slabs may not project into the front yard to a <br />height greater than 30 inches above the average grade of the yard (Figure <br />4-8, following page). Open porches extending into the front yard shall not <br />be enclosed. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />SECTION 39. Sections 4.4.2.
