<br />SECTION 49. Section 6.2.1.1 of the City Land Development Code is amended as follows <br />(underlining indicates added text; overstrike indicates deleted text): <br /> <br />Section 6.2.1.1 Spaces Required <br /> <br />Off-street parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with the requirements of this <br />division in all zoning districts, except for the central business area. No off-street parking <br />is required for properties in the CBA Central Business Area District. However, at the <br />time any building or structure is erected or structurally altered outside the CBA Central <br />Business Area District, or whenever a use in the CBA Central Business Area District is <br />changed to a different use and any off-street parking is provided, the design standards of <br />this division will apply. <br /> <br />In all zoning districts, except for the central business area where no off street parking is <br />required but where the design standards still apply for any parking 'Nhich is provided, off <br />street parking spaces shall be pro'lided in accordance with the requirements of this <br />division at the time any building or structure is erected or structurally altered, or <br />'..vhenever there is a change to a new use with respect to the standards of this division. <br /> <br />SECTION 50. Section 6.2.1.2(a) of the City Land Development Code is amended, and <br />Section 6.2. 1. 2 (f) of the City Land Development Code is added as follows (underlining indicates <br />added text; overstrike indicates deleted text): <br /> <br />Section 6.2.1.2 <br /> <br />Minimum Requirements and Standards <br /> <br />(a) Minimum Requirements for Off-Street Parking. Requirements are as follows <br />(these requirements may be modified only as described in Section 4.5.3.7): <br /> <br />(f) Off-street StackinJ! Requirements. Uses providing services or goods to occupants <br />of vehicles, either parked or operating, and certain auto service uses shall provide <br />adequate vehicle stacking or queing spaces. General design as well as standards <br />for specific uses are found in the Teclmical Manual. <br /> <br />SECTION 51.
